The office
Kyoka Sudo (Keiko Watanabe) founded the Anomaly Zone Countermeasures Office and runs it. The official file describes her as calm and almost excessively rational, and notes that she worked her way up from a disposable Diver after surviving an extended stay in a zone.
Yuiga Koda (Riho Sugiyama) is Reona’s operator. She was injured on her first dive and left the front line, but the file describes her support work as precise and reliable.
Research and security
Imari Fushimi (Shion Wakayama) heads research and develops equipment from anomalous materials. The official description gives her a soft-spoken manner and a self-destructive enthusiasm for studying anomalous objects.
May Hibiya (Hikari Kubota) heads security. She is a former elite Diver, now responsible for storing and protecting anomalous objects and sensitive zone information.
Kaede and the Girl
Kaede Mori (Natsumi Fujiwara) is listed without an affiliation and described only as a mysterious person Reona meets on a dive. The Girl has no credited voice actor; she was with Reona and Arisa in the mall and stopped speaking after her parents were killed by Anomalies.
Those two dossiers are deliberately incomplete. We treat them as open questions, not as hidden canon.
